The first step is a CEO Clarity Call — 30 minutes — where we determine whether there is a fit and whether the Diagnostic is the right next step.

Q3 Do I work directly with Stephanie or with her team?

Stephanie leads all strategic work and is your primary advisor throughout the engagement. Her team provides execution support, systems design, and implementation depending on what your business needs. You get direct access to Stephanie for strategic decisions and her team for the work that follows. This is not a model where you book a call and get handed off to someone else.

Q4 What if I have already tried other frameworks like EOS or Scaling Up?

Most of our clients have tried at least one framework before working with us. Frameworks are useful — but they address the operating system, not the leadership architecture underneath it.
