TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Website Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms govern your use of the Site only. They are separate from, and do not replace, the Coaching Agreement or any other engagement-specific agreement you sign as a client of 360 Leadership Coaching. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this Site.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement governs your engagement, and these Terms continue to govern your use of the Site.

2. Who This Applies To

These Terms apply to every visitor to the Site, including prospective clients moving through the Scaling Clarity Call, participants in the Leadership Architecture Diagnostic™, and clients of the Scaling CEO Advisory™ or Leadership Architecture Implementation programs while they are using the Site itself.

Once you become a client, your engagement is governed by the Coaching Agreement or Statement of Work you sign at that time. These Terms do not set the scope, fees, or deliverables of any coaching or advisory engagement — that is defined separately, in writing, before any engagement begins.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including iSCALE, Prospecting OS™, the Leadership Architecture Diagnostic™, Scaling CEO Advisory™, Leadership Architecture Implementation, and all associated frameworks, methodologies, assessments, written content, videos, and materials — is the exclusive property of 360 Leadership Coaching and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

Nothing on this Site grants you a license to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, teach, or create derivative works from any of these frameworks or materials. Viewing this Site, taking the Diagnostic, or attending a Clarity Call does not transfer any ownership or usage rights. Any use of our proprietary methodologies beyond what is expressly provided to you as part of a paid engagement requires our prior written consent.

4. Description of Services

This Site describes the following service tiers: the Scaling Clarity Call, the Leadership Architecture Diagnostic™, Scaling CEO Advisory™, and Leadership Architecture Implementation. Descriptions on this Site are provided for general informational purposes and do not constitute an offer, a guarantee of availability, or a binding description of scope.

The actual scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are set out exclusively in the proposal and signed agreement provided to you directly — not on this Site.

5. No Professional, Therapeutic, or Financial Advice

Content on this Site, including coaching, advisory, and diagnostic services, is intended for business and leadership development purposes. It is not therapy, psychological treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or medical advice, and is not a substitute for any of the above. If you are currently working with a mental health professional, we recommend you inform them of your engagement with us.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Coaching and advisory work depends on the client's own decisions, effort, and execution. Nothing on this Site — including case studies, testimonials, or program descriptions — constitutes a guarantee of any specific business outcome, revenue result, or level of performance. Individual results vary and depend on factors outside our control, including how a client applies what is provided.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Copy, scrape, reproduce, republish, or distribute any content from this Site without written permission.
Use any automated system to extract data or content from this Site.
Misrepresent your affiliation with 360 Leadership Coaching.
Use the Site in any way that interferes with its operation or violates applicable law.

8. Third-Party Links / Tools

This Site uses third-party platforms to operate scheduling, forms, and payment functions, including GoHighLevel and its integrated booking and payment tools. Your use of those tools is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of third-party platforms, though we select and maintain them with care.

This Site may also link to third-party websites for reference. We do not control and are not responsible for the content of external sites.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 360 Leadership Coaching is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or reliance on information published on it. This limitation applies to general use of the Site and is separate from any liability terms set out in a signed Coaching Agreement, which governs the paid client relationship directly.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, our Site, or applicable law. The “Effective Date” at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Relationship to Other Documents

These Website Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website. Your engagement as a client — including scope, fees, confidentiality, and the coaching relationship itself — is governed separately by the Coaching Agreement or Statement of Work provided to you at the time of signing. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and your signed client agreement, the signed client agreement controls with respect to your engagement.
